How to enable or activate the Member portal for customers?

Member portal allows registered members to access their memberships details and view the payment transactions and automatic orders. Member portal also allows customer to cancel their subscription anytime.

CP24 Membership app provides the app block to add to the Shopify My Account page, You can follow the below steps to add the Member portal link to the My Account page.

1. Go to Online Store->Theme and click on Customize.

2. From the TOP menu on the customize page, select the Customer account option.


3. It will show the customer login page, log in using customer details, and it will show you the My Account page.

After login, You will get the My Account page.

4. As soon as the My Account page appears, Click on the Add section button under Template, Then select Apps TAB and click on CP24 Membership, FAQs Membership access block.


5. As soon as you click on the membership access block, it will add a Membership access link to the My Account page. Membership access block settings allow you to set the link background and text color, as well as change the text to your own language. Once you are done with the settings click the Save button at the top right corner.
